BUILTIntel is a product of Blue Strategy & Creative Intl., which acts as the data controller for information collected through this site. You can reach us about any privacy matter at clientservices@blueintl.com.

Information you give us. When you submit a Founding Beta application, we collect the details you enter in the form — for example your name, work email, company, company type, and anything you write in the free-text fields.

Usage information. We record basic, first-party events about how the site is used — such as a page being viewed or the "Request access" button being clicked — so we can understand interest in the Founding Beta. These events are tied to a temporary session identifier stored in your browser, not to your name.

We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not sell personal information or use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We use a small number of first-party browser storage entries that are strictly necessary to make the site work (for example remembering which copy variant you were shown so your experience stays consistent), plus analytics measurement to count visits and understand which pages are useful.

You can clear or block this storage in your browser at any time; strictly necessary entries may be needed for parts of the site to behave correctly. Where consent is required by law for non-essential analytics, we rely on your consent and you may withdraw it by contacting us or blocking the storage in your browser.

We use application details to review your request, decide who to invite into the Founding Beta, and contact you about it. We use usage information in aggregate to improve the site and measure demand.

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies to you, we process personal data on these bases:

Legitimate interests — reviewing and responding to Founding Beta applications and demo requests, understanding site usage in aggregate, and protecting the security of the platform.

Consent — non-essential analytics where consent is required, and any marketing email you opt into. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing carried out beforehand.

Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with applicable law.

We share information only with service providers that host our website, database, email delivery, and analytics on our behalf, and only so they can provide those services under contract. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the platform. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Our hosting and service providers are located in the United States, so information you submit may be transferred outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), together with additional technical and organisational measures. You can request details of the safeguards we use.

We keep application details for as long as needed to run the Founding Beta programme and to maintain a record of who was invited — normally no longer than 24 months after the programme closes, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we must keep them to meet a legal obligation. Aggregate usage statistics that no longer identify anyone may be kept indefinitely.

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or ask us to stop contacting you. We will act on those requests within a reasonable time and will not treat you differently for making one.

UK/EU GDPR. You also have the right to object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interests, to receive your data in a portable format, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office). We respond to rights requests within one month, and will tell you if we need longer.

US state privacy laws. If you live in California or another state with comparable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and confirmation of how it was disclosed. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To exercise any right, email us from the address you used to apply, or tell us enough to locate your record. We may ask for confirmation of your identity before acting.

This is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Access to application data is restricted to the people who need it to run the Founding Beta programme, and it is held in access-controlled systems operated by our hosting and database providers. No online service can promise perfect security; if a breach affects your information and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant authority.
